    Ingredients
  • 1 ounce gin (Tanqueray recommended)
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • Chilled brut Champagne
  • Lemon twist for garnish
steps
  1. In a champagne glass, pour in gine, follwed by simple syrup.
  2. Add lemon juice and top with Champagne.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
