Gin Joint’s French 75

Ingredients

1 ounce gin (Tanqueray recommended)

½ ounce simple syrup

½ ounce lemon juice

Chilled brut Champagne

Lemon twist for garnish

Directions

  1. In a champagne glass, pour in gine, follwed by simple syrup.
  2. Add lemon juice and top with Champagne.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
