2 ounces Camarena silver tequila
1 ounce ginger-cayenne simple syrup
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce orange Curacao
Make standard simple syrup and infuse with ginger root powder, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Mix tequila, syrup, lemon juice, and orange Curacao with ice into shaker. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
