Harvest Time


2 ounces Scotch Whiskey

¾ ounce spiced beet maple syrup

½ ounce fresh lemon juice

4-5 ounces piping hot apple cider

Lemon twist, for garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients in an Irish coffee glass; stir briskly until the syrup is completely dissolved. Rub the oil of the lemon twist along the rim of the glass and drop it in.
