The vanilla and butterscotch notes of bourbon combine beautifully with the bergamot and citrus found in Earl Grey tea, while locally sourced cider brings a taste of fall comfort.

    Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Earl Grey tea, brewed
  • 4 ounces Apple cider, locally sourced if possible
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • Slice of lemon
  • Apple for garnish
steps

Add bourbon to equal parts earl grey tea and apple cider. Garnish with a slice of lemon and slice of apple (The Winged Lion uses red delicious).
