Lillet and Tonic

Vivek Surti of Tailor in Nashville prefers this low-ABV cocktail during the holidays for its drinkability and festive spike. “This is a very crushable, low-alcohol option for the day. You can pump it up with vodka or gin, but otherwise, I like that it’s a nice, easy-going drink that will please everyone,” he writes.

Makes 1 cocktail

    Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Lillet Rouge
  • 1 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed cara cara orange juice
  • 3 ounces tonic water
  • Garnish: Orange peel and pomegranate seeds

  1. In a tall glass, combine Lillet and juices. Add ice, top with tonic water, and garnish with orange peel and pomegranate seeds.
