
Ingredients
1 ounce St-Germain, a French-liquer flavored with elderflowers
½ ounce Velvet Falernum*
White peach purée
La Bubbly champagne
Hibiscus flowers
Note: Falernum is a Caribbean sweet syrup that adds a tropical tastes to beverages and contains contains flavors of almond, ginger, cloves, lime, and sometimes vanilla.
Directions
Combine first three ingredients over ice. Strain into flute and fill glass with La Bubbly. Garnish with a hibiscus flower.
