    Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces gin
  • ½ ounce apple brandy
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce vanilla-infused simple syrup (recipe follows)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 dash Scrappy’s Bitters lavender bitters
  • 1 fresh sage leaf
  • Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 vanilla beans
steps
  1. Dry shake all ingredients except sage leaf. Add ice for a hard shake.
  2. Double strain into coupe glass and garnish with sage.

Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup

  1. Combine water and sugar in medium pot over medium-low heat. Bring to simmer and cook until sugar dissolves.
  2. Scrape vanilla beans into syrup, stir and strain.
