Beast of Burden

Ingredients

2 ounces New Riff Bottled in Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

1 ounce ginger simple syrup

1 ounce fresh lime juice

Ginger beer

Garnish: lime wheel

Directions

In a cocktail tin, add bourbon, bitters, syrup and lime juice. Shake and strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint.
