Ingredients
1½ ounce New Riff Kentucky Wild Gin
1 ounces pineapple juice
¾ ounces orgeat
½ ounces lemon juice
Garnish: Pineapple slices
Directions
In a cocktail tin, add ice and all ingredients. Shake and strain into a highball filled with fresh ice. Top with soda, and garnish with triangle slice of fresh pineapple.
