Mix up the traditional sidecar recipe with the Sidecar à la Grecque from Sadie’s bar in Nashville. The cocktail was inspired by Mediterranean flavors and colors of the seaside sun.

Sadie’s adds cinnamon sugar to the rim (like most traditional Sidecars) to highlight the spice in the brandy and the st. george liqueur. This results in a beverage that’s both balanced and complex, easy to drink, and very food friendly.
