1½ ounces Citadelle gin (or any light, slightly floral gin)

¾ ounce freshly squeezed orange juice

¼ ounce simple syrup

1 scoop orange sherbet


  1. Shake all ingredients and double strain into a rocks glass,
  2. Top with a splash of Topo Chico Mineral Water, then garnish with a sprig of Thai basil.
