2 ounces Punt e Mes

1 ounce blanco tequila

1 tablespoon Luxardo Maraschino Originale

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 dash The Bitter Truth Lemon Bitters

Disc of grapefruit peel for garnish


Stir in a mixing glass and serve up in a coupe. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
