Thai Peanut Brittle



4 basil leaves

3 jalapeño rings – No seeds!

1 ounce Stoli Vanilla

1 ounce Castries Peanut Crème

1 ounce Domaine de Canton

½ ounce simple syrup


  1. In cocktail shaker, bruise 3 basil leaves and 2 jalapeno rings.
  2. Add vodka, Canton, Castries, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with basil leaf and jalapeno ring.
