    Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Ypioca Cachaca (Brazilian rum)
  • 1 ounce Peychaud’s aperitivo
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 1 bar spoon herbsaint
steps
  1. Shake all ingredients except mint together.
  2. Strain into collins glass.
  3. Top with soda.
  4. Garnish with mint.
