The Professor & Mary Ann

Ingredients

1 ounce Ypioca Cachaca (Brazilian rum)

1 ounce Peychaud's aperitivo

1 ounce lime juice

½ ounce simple syrup

2-3 mint leaves

1 bar spoon herbsaint

Directions

Shake all ingredients except mint together. Strain into collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with mint.
