
Ingredients
1½ ounces Armagnac
1 ounce silver rum
¾ ounce pineapple juice
½ ounce honey syrup
(equal parts honey and hot water)
Dry Champagne
Cinnamon, grated
Directions
Shake all ingredients except Champagne and cinnamon. Strain over a large rock of ice and top with Champagne. Garnish with a fresh grate of cinnamon.
