Whey-Bitter Bourbon Slush

Ingredients

1 12-ounce bottle Weaver Family Whey Pink Grapefruit

2 ounces honey

6 ounces HighWire Revival Four Grain Bourbon

Ice

Whipped cream and fresh grated clove or star anise for garnish

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredents in blender, add ice, and pulse until smooth.
  2. Top with dollop unsweetened whipped cream and fresh grated clove or star anise.
