Miller Serves1 serving from Greg Best of Holeman and Finch Public House, H&F Bottle Shop in Atlanta, Georgia Ingredients 2 ounces Aquavit (Krogstad preferably)2 ounces sweet corn milk (recipe follows) ½ ounce fresh lime juice ¼ ounce yellow chartreuse Sweet Corn Milk8 or 9 cobs of yellow cornSimple syrup Directions Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake and double strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a pinch of sea salt and a pinch of lime zest. Sweet Corn Milk Cut the raw corn off at least 8 or 9 cobs and juice in a champion juicer. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. For every 4 ounces, add a quarter ounce of simple syrup.
