Cochon555’s Heritage Fire Comes to Nashville June 26, 2022
The Ultimate Farm to Fork Feast Featuring the Music City’s Top Chefs
Ready to get fired up? Cochon555, the highly acclaimed nationwide culinary tour, will be coming to Nashville for the first time ever as Heritage Fire this summer!
Taking place at the Loews Vanderbilt on Sunday, June 26, the premier, epicurean tasting event will feature twenty-plus of the city’s top chefs and artisans, each cooking globally-inspired heritage-breed proteins sourced from local Nashville family farms. An all-star cast of the Music City’s top restaurants including Saint Stephen, Ellington’s, Bourbon Steak, and Henley will be on site cooking and dishing up delicious bites.
Touring nine cities across the United States, the smokey sister event of Cochon555 aims to educate consumers and create an experience that guests can literally sink their teeth into: honest food from real farmers. Heritage Fire partners each participating chef with a local Tennessee farm to curate one-of-a-kind culinary creations as a way to raise awareness on sustainable eating and sourcing from the region’s top purveyors.
A percentage of ticket proceeds will benefit the Nashville Food Project in effort to support their community gardens and food recovery programs.
A smorgasbord of culinary offerings will be served, ranging from dry-aged beef by DemKota Ranch, whole pigs, lamb, goat, squab, rabbit, duck, fish, and chicken, as well as artisan cheeses, oysters, and heirloom vegetables.
In addition to one-of-a-kind culinary creations, Heritage Fire will feature free-flowing wine and craft cocktails from George Dickel Tennessee Whisky, Blade & Bow, Desert Door, and Angel’s Envy–complete with a smoked whiskey bar. LaCroix sparkling water will also be available to quench guests’ thirst. Guests can also enjoy charcuterie from 3 Little Pigs.
All tickets are all-inclusive of unlimited dishes, beverage pairings, live entertainment and more!
As a loyal patron of the Local Palate, enjoy 20-percent-off tickets using code TLP20.
