Green Brier Distillery Schools Us on Still Installations

One year ago the team at Green Brier Distillery installed an impressive still they affectionately dubbed “Miss Louisa.” This still – a piece of equipment used to produce their unique homemade mash – is one of the reasons these guys are manufacturing some of the finest whiskies in the South. This ceremonious process along with the footage collected is one of the innumerable reasons why we’re big fans of Green Brier Distillery. In fact, maybe that’s why we couldn’t help but pick their brains in our September issue and partner with them as the liquor provider at our upcoming Nashville event ‘Bourbon & the Butcher.’ Join them there and enjoy watching Miss Louisa settle into her new home in Nashville, Tennessee.
