One year ago the team at Green Brier Distillery installed an impressive still they affectionately dubbed “Miss Louisa.” This still – a piece of equipment used to produce their unique homemade mash – is one of the reasons these guys are manufacturing some of the finest whiskies in the South. This ceremonious process along with the footage collected is one of the innumerable reasons why we’re big fans of Green Brier Distillery.
