3 cups ambrosia (pink stuff)
Popsicle molds, preferably 4-ounce size (chef suggests Tovolo Groovy Pop Molds)

- Make sure the ambrosia is just out of the refrigerator, place in blender, and purée until smooth.
- Pour into Popsicle molds per manufacturer’s instructions, freeze, and enjoy!
