Ambrosia (Pink Stuff) Popsicles for the Kids



3 cups ambrosia (pink stuff)

Popsicle molds, preferably 4-ounce size (chef suggests Tovolo Groovy Pop Molds)


  1. Make sure the ambrosia is just out of the refrigerator, place in blender, and purée until smooth.
  2. Pour into Popsicle molds per manufacturer’s instructions, freeze, and enjoy!
