Ben Moïse’s Vegetable Dip



1 cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

1 small tin anchovies, finely chopped

2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar

3 spring onions, finely chopped

1 large clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chives, minced

1−2 healthy dashes Tabasco

Pinch of white pepper


Mix well and allow flavors to mingle before serving. Serve with assorted blanched vegetables.
