Blackberry Farm Pimento Cheese


2 pounds aged cheddar cheese, grated

2 roasted red bell peppers, peeled and chopped

1 cup mayo

⅜ cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon hot sauce

2 teaspoons cracked pepper

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 teaspoon salt


Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well to incorporate.
