2½ pounds, approximately 20 servings

  • 2 pounds aged cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 roasted red bell peppers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ⅜ cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cracked pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well to incorporate.
