16 ounces cognac or bourbon
24 ounces unsweetened almond milk (best if cold)
2 ounces Giffard Vanilla de Madagascar liqueur
1 ounce brown sugar simple syrup (heated 1:1 ratio of brown sugar to water)
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus more for garnish
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup crushed ice
- Combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for 60 seconds.
- Strain into festive rocks glasses.
- Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
