4-6 servings

  • 2 cups Satsuma juice
  • ½ cup simple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Sweetened condensed milk to top
  1. Combine first three ingredients and place in a shallow container. Place in freezer.
  2. Scrape with a fork every 30 minutes until completely frozen and a light snow-like texture is achieved. Top with sweetened condensed milk to serve.
