2 cups Satsuma juice
½ cup simple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
Sweetened condensed milk to top
- Combine first three ingredients and place in a shallow container. Place in freezer.
- Scrape with a fork every 30 minutes until completely frozen and a light snow-like texture is achieved. Top with sweetened condensed milk to serve.
