1½ ounces Hendrick’s gin
1 ounce red currant cordial (equal parts red currant juice and sugar, by weight, fortified with 2 ounces vodka per quart)
¾ ounce lemon juice
5 sage leaves, plus more for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a tin, shake hard, and double-strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a sage leaf.
