  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon, diced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Salt and white pepper
  • Salmon roe and chives, for garnish

Combine all ingredients, season to taste with salt and white pepper, garnish with chives and salmon roe, and serve.
