    Ingredients
  • 1 dash Bittermens Hellfire Bitters
  • ¾ ounce Espolòn Blanco Tequila
  • ¾ ounce Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce Demerara simple syrup
  • 6 ounces Gose
  • (German top-fermented beer)
  • Lime wheel for garnish
steps

Place all ingredients except Gose into shaker and add ice. Shake and strain into cold glass. Add Gose. Stir to combine. Garnish with lime wheel.
