Small handful mint
4 small pieces pineapple
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce green Chartreuse
1 ½ ounces Plymouth gin
Lemon twist for garnish

- Muddle pineapple with mint. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
- Strain into a freshly iced double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
