1 cocktail

  • Small handful mint
  • 4 small pieces pineapple
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1 ½ ounces Plymouth gin
  • Lemon twist for garnish
  1. Muddle pineapple with mint. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a freshly iced double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
