Kimchee Slaw


1 cup Sriracha  

½ cup seasoned rice vinegar

1 teaspoon minced garlic

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

2 teaspoons fish sauce

8 cups julienned Napa cabbage

2 cups grated carrots


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine first five ingredients. Puree until well incorporated and reserve.
  2. In a nonreactive bowl, combine julienned cabbage and grated carrots. Add dressing and toss well. Let sit 45 minutes before serving.
