1 ounce St-Germain
a French-liquer flavored with elderflowers
½ ounce Velvet Falernum*
White peach purée
La Bubbly champagne
Falernum is a Caribbean sweet syrup that adds a tropical tastes to beverages and contains contains flavors of almond
and sometimes vanilla.
Combine first three ingredients over ice. Strain into flute and fill glass with La Bubbly. Garnish with a hibiscus flower.
