1 glass

  • 1 ounce St-Germain
  • a French-liquer flavored with elderflowers
  • ½ ounce Velvet Falernum*
  • White peach purée
  • La Bubbly champagne
  • Hibiscus flowers
  • Note:
  • Falernum is a Caribbean sweet syrup that adds a tropical tastes to beverages and contains contains flavors of almond
  • ginger
  • cloves
  • lime
  • and sometimes vanilla.

Combine first three ingredients over ice. Strain into flute and fill glass with La Bubbly. Garnish with a hibiscus flower.
