Peanut oil for frying
Chicken
Salt and pepper
Seasoning salt
Flour
Milk
Directions
1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat to 350 degrees. If not using peanut oil, heat oil to 335 degrees.
2. Wash and dry chicken, then season with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt.
3. Dredge seasoned chicken in flour, remove from flour, and shake off excess. Dip chicken in milk, then dredge again in flour.
4. Gently place chicken in oil and cook 15 minutes, turning with tongs as needed.
