PS 7’s Old Tom’s Patch Punch

3-5 Servings

  • 12 ounces of Old Tom gin
  • 12 ounces of Dolin Vermouth de Chambery Blanc
  • 1 quart freshly watermelon juice
  • 3 ounces freshly cucumber juice
  • 10 dashes of rhubarb bitters
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • Pinch of citric acid
  • 24 ounces of sparkling water
  • Watermelon, cut into cubes for garnish
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  1. Mix first 8 ingredients together, whisking until sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Pour over ice in punch glasses, garnishing each glass with watermelon and basil.
