12 ounces of Dolin Vermouth de Chambery Blanc
1 quart freshly watermelon juice
3 ounces freshly cucumber juice
10 dashes of rhubarb bitters
½ cup powdered sugar
Pinch of citric acid
24 ounces of sparkling water
Watermelon, cut into cubes for garnish
Fresh basil, for garnish
