Red Wine Shallot Vinaigrette



2 tablespoons shallots, diced

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

4 tablespoons red wine vinegar

4 tablespoons fish sauce

4 tablespoons olive oil


In a mixing bowl, combine shallots, garlic, mustard, red wine vinegar, and fish sauce. Using a whisk, stir in olive oil.
