½ bunch mint
½ ounce simple syrup (equal part sugar and water)
1½ ounces Bonded Bourbon
½ ounce Amaro Montenegro
¼ ounce Combier Rose Liqueur
In a julep cup, gently muddle 6 mint leaves with simple syrup. Add bourbon, amaro, rose liqueur, and crushed ice. Swizzle until side of cup is cold and frosty. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig.
