Serves 8 to 10

  • 12 ounces Ransom Old Tom gin
  • 12 ounces Cocchi Americano
  • 3 ounces Gran Classico bitter
  • 6 ounces lemon juice
  • 20 ounces spiced cranberry syrup
  • 1 bottle sparkling white wine

Mix ingredients together over a large cube in a punch bowl and top with sparkling wine.

Spiced Cranberry Syrup
4 cups frozen cranberries (you can use fresh)
2 cups sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
1 orange, peeled and juiced
1 vanilla bean, split
2 star anise pods
2 cups dry white wine
2 cups water

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil until cranberries burst.
  2. Turn off heat, let steep 20 minutes, and then press through fine strainer.
