Smoked Salmon Club Sandwich

Ingredients

3-5 slices smoked salmon

1 slice tomato

1 slice avocado

2 leaves red leaf lettuce

2 slices wheat berry bread

*Lemon dill mayonnaise

Lemon Dill Mayonnaise*

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh dill weed

Directions

  1. Spread lemon dill mayo on both slices of toasted bread.
  2. Layer avocado, lettuce, tomato and smoked salmon on toast and enjoy!
