3 cups fresh strawberries
⅓ cup organic cane sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1½ cups milk
- Blend the strawberries for 20 seconds, then strain the purée through a sieve to remove seeds. Return purée to blender and add sugar, vanilla, vinegar, and milk. Blend until incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into pop molds or small paper cups and insert sticks. Freeze overnight.
