2 ounces Smooth Ambler Greenbrier Gin
3 slices of English cucumbers
½ ounces lemon juice
½ ounces simple syrup
3 drops Scrappy’s celery bitters
2 heavy dashes Angostura Orange bitters
Thinly sliced cucumbers for garnish
Lemon twist for garnish
- Combine all ingredients, excepting soda water and garnishes, in ice-filled shaker. (No need to muddle the cucumbers. The ice will take care of that.)
- Shake then double strain into ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with soda water. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumbers and twist of lemon.
