1 cocktail

  • 2 ounces Smooth Ambler Greenbrier Gin
  • 3 slices of English cucumbers
  • ½ ounces lemon juice
  • ½ ounces simple syrup
  • 3 drops Scrappy’s celery bitters
  • 2 heavy dashes Angostura Orange bitters
  • Soda water
  • Thinly sliced cucumbers for garnish
  • Lemon twist for garnish
  1. Combine all ingredients, excepting soda water and garnishes, in ice-filled shaker. (No need to muddle the cucumbers. The ice will take care of that.)
  2. Shake then double strain into ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. Top with soda water. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumbers and twist of lemon.
