Three-Cheese Pecan Spread

Makes 1½ to 2 cups

  • ½ cup goat cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated sharp cheddar
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons scallions, sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 3 teaspoons hot sauce, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, cream goat cheese, cream cheese, and cheddar. Add remaining ingredients, and mix until incorporated. Let sit in refrigerator several hours before serving.
