1 gallon

    Ingredients
  • 5 Earl Grey tea bags
  • Simple syrup to taste (sugar dissolved in equal parts warm water then cooled)
  • 8-10 cups orange juice
  • Garnish: Orange wedge
steps
  1. For tea, bring 6−7 cups water to a rolling boil. Add tea bags and remove from heat. Let bags steep for about 5 minutes, near the warm eye on the stove.
  2. Combine simple syrup and steeped tea in a large pitcher.
  3. Fill the pot with the tea bags with 2-3 more cups of water (depending on how strong you like your tea) and then add the water to the pitcher. Stir.
  4. Add orange juice and stir. Pour over ice and garnish with citrus wedges.
