1 watermelon, peeled and cubed
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1 1/2 cups bourbon
1/2 cup honey, thinned with water
10-15 basil leaves
- Place watermelon in food processor and pulse until liquid begins to form
- Combine all ingredients except basil. Pour through strainer.
- Chill and serve with basil and/or watermelon for garnish.
