Makes one cocktail

    Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Cappelletti Aperitivo
  • 1 ounce citrus shrub
  • ¾ ounce Amaro di Angostura
  • Chinotto tonic water (or plain tonic water) to finish
  • Garnish: Orange wedge
steps

In a cocktail tin, combine first three ingredients and shake lightly. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with orange wedge.
