
Ingredients
6 ripe avocados
¼ red onion, diced
¼ cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic, granulated or powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Halve, skin, and pit avocados and add to a mixing bowl. Use a potato masher and mash until desired consistency.
- Add fresh lime juice and spices and mix with avocado mash.
- Add diced red onion and cilantro, use a rubber spatula and fold until incorporated
