Chef de Cuisine Forrest Parker and his accomplished team have put their heads together with Heaven Hill Distilleries to create an outstanding five-course menu. Each carefully crafted dish will pair with featured bourbons such as Bernheim Original Small Batch Wheat Whiskey and Rittenhouse Rye 100 Proof. The dinner takes place this Thursday evening, beginning at 6:30. Below, Chef Parker shares one of the dishes specially prepared for the evening.
