Ingredients

1½ ounces aged gin

1½ ounces white grapefruit shrub

½ ounce Bärenjäger honey liqueur

1 bar spoon scotch

Grapefruit Shrub

5 grapefruits

1 cup simple syrup

½ cup champagne vinegar

Directions

Grapefruit Shrub

  1. Peel and juice grapefruits.
  2. In a large container combine all  ingredients and let sit over night.
  3. Strain and enjoy. Should last  1 month refrigerated.

Cocktail Assembly

  1. Combine all ingredients, shake, and serve on the rocks.
  2. Garnish with candied ginger.
