2 ounces lemon juice
freshly squeezed
1½ ounces simple syrup
1½ ounces Hat Trick Botanically Fine Gin
5 dashes aromatic bitters (Scott recommends Angostura)

- Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice or straight up with lemon peel twist garnish.
- Serve in rocks glass or neat in a coupe style glass.
