
Ingredients
1 cup of peaches, frozen
1 cup sugar
½ tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 cup lukewarm water
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
Sparkling wine
Directions
- Muddle together peaches, sugar and ginger.
- Add water to peach mixture, and then strain. Add cloves and nutmeg, and then finish with apple cider vinegar.
- Add ¾ ounce peach mixture to a chilled coupe, and top with sparkling wine.
