Major to Minor 



1 cup of peaches, frozen

1 cup sugar

½ tablespoon freshly grated ginger

1 cup lukewarm water

¼ teaspoon ground cloves

¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

Sparkling wine


  1. Muddle together peaches, sugar and ginger.
  2. Add water to peach mixture, and then strain. Add cloves and nutmeg, and then finish with apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add ¾ ounce peach mixture to a chilled coupe, and top with sparkling wine.
