Roseto Julep

Ingredients

½ bunch mint

½ ounce simple syrup
(equal part sugar and water)

1½ ounces Bonded Bourbon

½ ounce Amaro Montenegro*

¼ ounce Combier Rose Liqueur

A traditional Italian liquor using over forty herbs, citrus, and spices.

Directions

  1. In julep cup place 6 mint leaves and add simple syrup. Gently muddle mint and sugar.
  2. Add bourbon, Montenegro, rose liqueur, and crushed ice.
  3. Swizzle until side of cup is cold and frosty.
  4. Top off with more crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig and add straw.
