I met Anne Byrn at a book signing in Charleston, and she was just as sweet and approachable as her new cookbook Baking in the American South. This latest work joins a considerable lineup of cookbooks by Byrn, including A New Take on Cake and Skillet Love. Fellow cookbook author Carrie Morey (of Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit) was interviewing the New York Times bestselling writer at the event—-getting to the heart of the story.
