ColumnsNew Orleans, Louisiana

Opened in December 2020 

A uniquely restored, three-story mansion in New Orleans, Columns offers an experience graced with vintage touches and history. Guests can relax in updated rooms and suites featuring claw foot tubs garnished with Aesop bath products. Rise with the sun and head down to the in-house coffee shop, breathe in the fresh air from the rooftop sundeck and cocktail bar, and satisfy your cravings with roasted gulf oysters from chef Michael Stoltzfus’ Coquette, which is rooted in Southern influence.


 

The Kimpton Sylvan HotelAtlanta

Opened in February 2021

Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood welcomed the elegant Kimpton Sylvan Hotel this February. With a focus on Southern hospitality, this boutique hotel, set in a 1950s-era building, boasts mid-century modern design elements, offering sophistication and a breath of fresh air. Three dining and drinking opportunities ice the cake; at the Betty, chef Brandon Chavannes serves up modern American supper club dishes like linguine and Georgia clams with uni, chile, and garlic.


 

The GradyLouisville, Kentucky

Opening in Spring 2021

Honoring tradition and elegance, the Grady Hotel will make its appearance in Louisville, Kentucky, this spring. From horseshoes and silky robes to famous cocktails from all over the world, Louisville’s story sweeps through every inch of this luxe hotel. Offering tasteful small plates and drinks in gold-rimmed glasses, the Grady oozes Kentucky charm.


 

Holston House | Nashville

Renovated offerings unveiled in Spring 2021 (currently open)

Fusing historic character and luxury touches, Holston House stands as one of Nashville’s unique boutique hotels. Holston House will unveil new offerings this spring, including an exquisite spot to gaze over Music City- and enjoy a boozy tea service- from the rooftop garden. Guests can take a walk through secret gardens and relax on the front porch or pop over to the Bungalow Bar for a famous Rum Runner cocktail.


 

Heights House | Raleigh, North Carolina

Opening in Spring 2021

A historic landmark rooted in pre-civil war history and planted on Raleigh soil, Heights House has been infused with life, renovated, and handcrafted into a small luxe boutique hotel and event space. Featuring nine suite-style guest rooms and an event space for up to one hundred, Heights House serves as a pillar of hospitality and inclusion to all, from local community members to the creative traveler.
